ELLA KIM CATERING Is the first Culinary venture within the ELLA KIM GROUP. David Jon Wing is the CEO and Founder. He has over 25 years of restaurant and catering experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and is establishing the ELLA KIM GROUP in the Sacramento area. David dedicates his culinary ventures to honor his mom ELLA KIM.
ELLA KIM CATERING will reflect Ella’s Spirit and Character of taking care of people. We will build our foundation in finding the best qualified professionals for each position. We will motivate and empower all management and team members to reach his or her full potentials to grow within our company.
